Ronald McDonald House New York, located at 405 east 71st Street, provides a temporary “home-away-from-home” for pediatric cancer patients and their families undergoing cancer treatment. The House is a supportive and caring environment which encourages and nurtures the development of child-to-child and parent-to-parent support systems. Ronald McDonald House New York is the largest facility of its type in the world.
HKP has proudly helped establish a "Walls for Art" Program, donating from their collection works of art to adorn the public space walls as well as private rooms, with the belief that art is a healing addition to medical health care. We look forward to an ongoing relationship and plan to donate more works of art, but also provide opportunities for the children to get involved in photography and art projects themselves with the goal towards healing and self expression.
